The National Kidney Foundation of Michigan (NKFM) is a non-profit focused on preventing kidney disease and supporting those living with it. We partner with key stakeholders in government, healthcare, and the public to proivde prevention and lifestyle change programs for people with or at risk for developing kidney disease. We also partner with the kidney care community, including dialysis, transplantation and nephrology to provide quality of life services for people diagnosed with kidney disease and their families.
