Eenhoorn also offers management services for retail, commercial, and mixed-use space. Eenhoorn’s nationwide portfolio includes luxury high-rise apartments as well as garden style and independent senior housing, student properties and tax credit properties. Eenhoorn represents over 100 different entities in nine different states. Our headquarters are located in downtown Grand Rapids along the Grand River in the Plaza Towers complex.
