Conquering fears is never easy... but it’s ALWAYS incredibly rewarding. Our CEO @danielaschrittenlocher had the amazing opportunity to speak at the National Auctioneer Association's Marketing Conference, marking a significant milestone for our team in 2024. This experience taught us a few invaluable lessons: Set Clear Goals: At the start of the year, we committed to taking on new challenges. None of this would have been possible without first: setting clear goals, writing them down, and sharing them with others. Face Challenges Head-On: Speaking in front of an audience can be intimidating, but stepping out of our comfort zone allowed us to grow and connect with others in meaningful ways. Seize Opportunities: When you put in the work and stay open to new experiences, opportunities often come your way. It was a great reminder of how the universe works in mysterious and wonderful ways. The conference was not just about delivering a speech; it was about showing up, sharing knowledge, and building meaningful relationships. The positive feedback and connections we made reinforced the importance of stepping up and leading by example. We’re grateful to the National Auctioneer Association for this chance and look forward to many more opportunities to share and learn together. We had a busy week and there's no sign of it slowing down, which is a good problem to have, right!? 😅 Running a business can sometimes feel like a rollercoaster ride with it's fair share of ups and downs ... but that's what keeps it exciting, right 😉 Last week, we experienced both ends of the spectrum. On one end we learned that our services might not be the perfect match for every client, and you know what? That's okay! The flip side is that we onboarded a new local client.
